If you frame coaching as asking questions that raise awareness and give the coachees thean choice to change, then perhaps some speakers do coach from stage. If however you define coaching as a conversation, a dialogue whereby the coach and coachee jointly explore the coachee's goals, roadblocks and co-create an action plan - then the answer is, NO, it cannot be done 1:500 and must be done 1:1. La peur pourrait être combattue par la pratique répétitive en commençant seul, filmer, visionner, comparer avec d'autres leaders et stimuler la ferme volonté de changer. C'est là où le coach pourrait être bénéfique. Je ne veux parler du choix du coach. Puisque ce métier du coaching a bien ses spécificités qui différent d'une personne à une autre.
