If you frame coaching as asking questions that raise awareness and give the coachees thean choice to change, then perhaps some speakers do coach from stage. If however you define coaching as a conversation, a dialogue whereby the coach and coachee jointly explore the coachee&#039;s goals, roadblocks and co-create an action plan - then the answer  is, NO, it cannot be done 1:500 and must be done 1:1.</description>

Tout d&#039;abord , veuillez m&#039;excuser si je m&#039;exprime en français puisque mon anglais est faible.
Je souhaite vous remercier concernant vos remarques, méthodes et compétences concernant plusieurs sujets objets de votre site, malgré que vous soulevez le problème et vous ne donnez que quelques idées pour laisser le fond à la formation (chose bien normale et que je comprends).
La peur pourrait être combattue par la pratique répétitive en commençant seul, filmer, visionner, comparer avec d&#039;autres leaders  et stimuler la ferme volonté de changer. C&#039;est là où le coach pourrait être bénéfique. Je ne veux parler du choix du coach. Puisque ce métier du coaching a bien ses spécificités qui différent d&#039;une personne à une autre. Je souhaite comprendre comment certains prétendent coacher dans une salle 500 personnes !!
Est-ce possible ?
Je suis Formateur-Pédagogue et je veux comprendre.
