		<description>I listened to the podcast many times. There is a powerful message here about taking control of your feelings and reactions instead of allowing a trigger to hijack your behavior. Seems very hard, specially when immediate response is expected [which invariably turns into a reaction]. But, I think it is worth trying out!</description>
